Heavy Pavements Project

McLean Strategic Solutions provided environmental management support to Fulton Hogan to deliver Stage 1 of the Newell Highway between Narrabri and Moree in July 2022.

 

The Australian and NSW Governments jointly funded the $261 million heavy duty pavement upgrade for 27.3 kms of heavy duty pavement.  

McLean Strategic Solutions provided an experienced Environmental Manager to work within the Construction Management Team for Stage 1 of this project. Services provided included:

• Navigating approval frameworks  

• Ensuring compliance with client and regulator expectations  

• Contributing to the achievement of environmental objectives and targets 

• Development and management of a team of environmental co-ordinators  

• Undertaking of environmental monitoring, inspections and audits
